tiny but nice gym, breakfast was incredible and even though there is a spa we didn't have time to try it but definitely will try next time. Beds were super comfy and the room was amazingly big. The toilet is in a separate bathroom (inside the room) which is great for families haha.

We only had breakfast was but it was great value for money. The hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the train station which was really helpful and only a 20 minute walk from the city centre. The room was very clean and perfectly made up for us every day. The staff were all very lovely and our train didn't leave until late and we were allowed to leave our luggage with them after check out and be able go explore some more of the city without having to worry abour our suitcases.

Very close to the Midi station. But a little further from the touristic area and restaurants. At least 20mns walk to get to the Palace area. The hotel is simple but very beautifully decorated. They have a convenient dining area located by the lobby for drinks, pizza, and what not. The room was spacious and comfortable. I am big on bathroom cleaninness and theirs scored high marks. I just remembered wanting a little more water pressure, but that's about it. Ample closet space. No noise. Not the hotel's fault, but during my stay there was a lot of construction going on in the streets and sidewalks. Made the area a little hectic and some parts inaccessible I would book this again for a simple stay in Brussels.

The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We booked the room thinking there would be a bath since booking showed it would have a bath probably because we used the filter for it. When we saw the shower we went back to the reception and they got us a room with a shower. * so if you think you are booking a room with a bath, just say you'd like to have a bath in the remarks just to be sure

The staff members were excellent, I have stayed in many Mercure hotels in Europe through the years, mostly has been very good. The hotel staff at this branch were very helpful with parking and other requests, I arrived very early in the day and the staff member came out into the freezing cold to direct me into the car park and made sure I parked ok. The room was very spacious compared to some of the other Mercure hotels I stayed in, apart from the main bed, my child's bed was repaired ahead of us checking in, good service.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts where there was a wide choice of good food, that set us up for each days adventure into Belgium. The hotel is a short distance from Brussels Midi railway station. In easy reach of tram, bus and metro services. Staff were friendly and helpful.
